SummitET is seeking several part time Law Enforcement/Workplace Violence SMEs. These positions will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and facilitation regarding delivery of products and services for various task-based support on various contracts. These positions will follow the general direction and taskings of the Program Manager. The associates holding these positions are expected to positively and ethically represent SummitET.

 

These positions will work remotely from home location and will be on a part time as needed basis.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

    • Travel via commercial aircraft and by motor vehicle nation-wide to include United States territories
    • Deliver training both virtually and through in-person classroom instruction to large audiences
    • Work independent with little logistical and administrative support
    • Follow schedule of assignments and delivery training on time
    • Follow training curricula and use material provided by SummitET
    • Maintain SummitET professional standards and quality of training delivered
    • Provide high-level customer service
    • Possess a valid driver’s license
    • Remain flexible to customer needs
    • Travel as needed
    • Ensure products and services delivered meet SummitET Quality Assurance Program standards


    REQUIREMENTS


    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution. Years of experience may be substituted.
    • 10 years of experience in all or part of the following areas:
      • Law enforcement operations
      • Law enforcement tactical operations
      • Response to high risk law enforcement situations
      • Federal Audience Instruction and Training delivery
      • Incident and Unified Command
      • Workplace Violence/Active Shooter
      • Active shooter lessons learned and best practices
    • Experience in public speaking and facilitation
    • Must be willing and able to travel domestically 
    • Must have excellent verbal and communications skills
    • Must be proficient in the use of computers, audio/visual equipment, Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
